DevOps Engineer Test
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to support the development, deployment, reliability, security, and continuous improvement of software applications and infrastructure. This role collaborates with software engineers, security teams, operations, and business stakeholders to automate delivery pipelines, manage cloud and on-premises environments, improve system performance, and maintain reliable technology operations.
DevOps Engineer Responsibilities
Design, implement, maintain, and improve continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for applications, services, and infrastructure.
Automate software build, test, deployment, provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and operational processes.
Manage and support cloud infrastructure, virtual machines, containers, networking, storage, databases, and related platform services.
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, Ansible, or comparable technologies.
Build, configure, and operate containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, or related platforms.
Collaborate with development teams to improve application scalability, reliability, performance, observability, and deployment processes.
Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, tracing, dashboards, and service-level indicators to support system health and operational visibility.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure, application, deployment, networking, and production incidents.
Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, post-incident reviews, remediation planning, and reliability improvement activities.
Manage source control workflows, branching strategies, release processes, environment configurations, and deployment documentation.
Apply security, access control, secrets management, vulnerability management, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance practices across technology environments.
Support capacity planning, cost optimization, system upgrades, patching, maintenance, and lifecycle management for infrastructure and platforms.
Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.
Identify opportunities to improve developer experience, deployment frequency, system availability, operational efficiency, and engineering standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in DevOps engineering, site reliability engineering, cloud engineering, systems administration, platform engineering, software engineering, or related technical work.
Working knowledge of CI/CD principles, version control systems, software development lifecycles, release management, and automated testing.
Experience with at least one major cloud platform, such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Proficiency with scripting or programming languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, Go, or a comparable language.
Experience with infrastructure as code, configuration management, containerization, orchestration, or automated deployment tools.
Knowledge of Linux or Windows system administration, networking concepts, databases, security principles, and troubleshooting methodologies.
Strong analytical, communication, documentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, respond to operational issues, and work effectively in a fast-paced engineering environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing and operating highly available, scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure cloud environments.
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, service meshes, serverless technologies, or cloud-native architectures.
Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, Splunk, or comparable platforms.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, CircleCI, or comparable platforms.
Experience with Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Pulumi, or other infrastructure automation tools.
Knowledge of DevSecOps, secure software supply chains, identity and access management, secrets management, and compliance frameworks.
Experience with Site Reliability Engineering practices, service-level objectives, error budgets, capacity planning, and blameless incident management.
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, or comparable credentials.

Work Environment and Expectations
Work is generally performed in an office, remote, or hybrid environment and requires collaboration with software engineers, information security teams, operations professionals, product teams, and business stakeholders.
Participation in an on-call rotation, after-hours support, schedule flexibility, or incident response may be required to maintain system availability and support critical business operations.
