About the Role

As Head of Talent, you will build and lead the talent function that enables Xoople to attract, hire and retain exceptional people as we scale. You will partner closely with the executive team and leaders across the business to define our talent strategy, strengthen our employer brand, create an outstanding candidate experience and establish scalable, inclusive recruiting practices. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role for a talent leader who enjoys operating at the intersection of people, culture, business growth and innovation.

Impact You Own

• Define and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with Xoople’s growth plans, business priorities and long-term mission.

• Build and lead a high-performing talent function, including recruiting operations, sourcing, employer branding, talent programs and workforce planning.

• Partner with executives and hiring managers to understand organizational needs, develop effective hiring plans and deliver high-quality talent across technical, product, commercial and corporate functions.

• Establish scalable, data-informed recruiting processes that improve speed, quality, consistency and candidate experience across the full hiring lifecycle.

• Develop Xoople’s employer value proposition and employer brand, communicating our mission, culture and opportunity to candidates around the world.

• Build diverse and inclusive talent pipelines and ensure fairness, transparency and consistency in hiring practices and decision-making.

• Introduce effective talent metrics, reporting and forecasting to help leaders make informed decisions about hiring capacity, recruitment performance and organizational growth.

• Strengthen candidate assessment, interviewing and selection practices, ensuring a consistent quality bar while delivering a thoughtful and respectful candidate experience.

• Develop relationships with executive search partners, recruiting agencies, universities, professional communities and other strategic talent networks.

• Collaborate with People, Finance and business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, onboarding and retention initiatives.

• Evaluate and implement recruiting technology, including applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, assessment platforms and responsible AI-enabled solutions.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and an ambassador for Xoople’s values, culture and commitment to building an inclusive workplace.

What We’re Looking For

• Significant experience leading talent acquisition or people-focused recruiting functions in high-growth, technology, data, AI, software or other complex environments.

• A proven track record of developing and executing global talent strategies that support rapid organizational growth and changing business needs.

• Experience hiring across multiple disciplines, including engineering, data, AI, product, commercial, operations and corporate functions.

• Demonstrated success building, developing and motivating high-performing recruiting or talent teams.

• Strong knowledge of modern sourcing, assessment, interview design, employer branding, recruiting operations and talent analytics.

• Experience partnering with senior executives and hiring managers, influencing decisions and balancing business priorities with a high-quality candidate experience.

• A data-driven approach to talent acquisition, with the ability to define meaningful metrics, identify trends and translate insights into action.

• A strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, with practical experience embedding inclusive hiring practices into recruiting processes.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across international and cross-functional teams.

• Comfort operating strategically while remaining hands-on in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

• Experience working with applicant tracking systems, recruiting technology and productivity tools, with sound judgment about the responsible use of AI in hiring.

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
